First thing you may think is "Wow, they misspelled Harbor!". You would be right, but this coffee is actually named after a friend/advisor to Grampian Roasts who loves Costa Rican coffee. Mr. Harbour told me to let him know if I ever got a Costa Rican coffee to try. We ended up with this one and it passed our taste testing with flying colors. This coffee is from the Tarrazu canton of Costa Rica. It really shines with its very balanced acidity, nutty, and fruity flavors. This is roasted on the darker side of medium roast.
